Shipping and Returns FAQ


  • Holiday Shipping Notice: *Please be cognizant of item shipping and processing times when determining the best method for shipping. Custom framing can take 5-7 business days and licensed unsigned photos can take 3-5 business days for processing. We will update the site with applicable deadlines for framing and other items as they approach.*
  • All items can be shipped within the continental United States. Please contact us before placing an international order.
  • For small items & flat photos we ship via USPS. For larger items we ship via FedEx or UPS.
  • Orders generally go out within 1-2 business days. Please allow additional processing time for custom framed items (photos and jerseys), licensed unsigned photos and around any holidays or large events (football season). 
  • If you have a time sensitive order, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you in time. Contact for urgent requests and please include your contact information and order number, if applicable. 
  • Autograph/Event tickets are not mailed to you. They are available on the day of the event at the will-call table.

  • Due to the nature of our merchandise returns must be considered on a case by case basis.
  • Returns on clearance items will not be accepted. 
  • Returns on pre-ordered event tickets will be considered on a case by case basis.
  • If you need to return a product, contact us via website or phone (M-F, 9am-5pm (614) 694-0000) or email and we will set up the return for you.
  • We recommend you insure your return package and save your tracking number.  We are not liable for damaged return products.  Thank you.  
  • Once we have received the product back, we will refund the method of payment that you used for the purchase.

Payment Methods

  • We use Paypal as a payment gateway. If you don't have a Paypal account, just select the credit or debit card option instead.
