Mail In / Drop Off Process

Mail In

If you want to have items mailed in to be signed at any of our signings, here is the procedure:

  1. Purchase a ticket(s) on the website and make sure to select “mail order/drop off” on the main ticket page. Be sure to keep your order confirmation email and order number.
  2. You will be contacted at the email address provided with your order and sent the Mail-In/Drop-Off Form. If you do not receive the form to your email address (be sure to check junk/spam folders!) within 2-3 business days, please contact Lydia at Lydia@TheSportsMall.com.
  3. Fill out the mail-in/drop-off form that you are sent - be sure to include all of the items you wish to have signed along with appropriate inscriptions and any requests such as pen/ink color, location, etc.
  4. Include the following in your mail-in package(s): each item you wish to have signed, any pens/markers if you wish to have a certain type/brand that we may not have, along with the completed mail-in form. IMPORTANT: Make sure all items are labeled appropriately on how you would like them to be signed and what color ink you want to use.
  5. Mail your package(s) to Ohio Sports Group at the address below. BE SURE TO KEEP YOUR TRACKING NUMBER!
  6. Email a digital copy of your Mail-In/Drop-Off Form, along with your order information (name, order number, email address, phone number) to Orders@OhioSportsGroup.com - please CC Lydia@TheSportsMall.com.
  7. We will contact you with any questions or concerns.
  8. Please be sure to include your return shipping address on the form. Your mail-in/drop-off ticket includes return shipping via FedEx or UPS Ground with up to $350 insurance. For additional insurance or expedited return shipping, please contact Ohio Sports Group. 
  9. The deadline to receive your mail order items is Tuesday, February 27th, 2024. No exceptions. If it is late, you will run the risk of items not being signed. Thank you.

Drop Off

If you would like to drop off items to be signed, here is the procedure:

  1. Purchase a ticket(s) on the website and make sure to select “mail order/drop off” on the main ticket page. Be sure to keep your order confirmation email and order number.
  2. You will be contacted at the email address provided with your order and sent the Mail-In/Drop-Off Form. If you do not receive the form to your email address (be sure to check junk/spam folders!) within 2-3 business days, please contact Lydia at Lydia@TheSportsMall.com.
  3. Fill out the mail-in/drop-off form that you are sent - be sure to include all of the items you wish to have signed along with appropriate inscriptions and any requests such as pen/ink color, location, etc.
  4. Email a digital copy of your Mail-In/Drop-Off Form, along with your order information (name, order number, email address, phone number) to Orders@OhioSportsGroup.com - please CC Lydia@TheSportsMall.com. PLEASE INDICATE WHETHER YOU INTEND TO DROP OFF AT THE COLUMBUS LOCATION (Ohio Sports Group Office) OR THE STREETSBORO LOCATION (Five Star Collectibles Memorabilia Store).
  5. We will email you back to set up a date and time to drop off your items. Ohio Sports Group Office drop-offs MUST have an assigned drop-off appointment date and time. Items dropped off at Five Star must be done within store hours. You will be notified of any dates/times that aren't available.
  6. IMPORTANT: When dropping off, make sure items are labeled appropriately on how you want them to be signed and what color ink you want to use. If you have a specific pen or marker you'd like, providing it with your item will help expedite the process.
  7. Please have your form filled out and ready to drop off along with your item(s).
  8. Deadline to receive a drop off order is Tuesday, February 27th at 4:30 pm. No exceptions. Thank you.
  9. All items will be mailed back, regardless if it is mailed in or dropped off.
